[Introduction]
Order2U set out to give sales reps a single platform to run their workflow on the go, searching content, checking inventory, placing orders, and following shipments through to delivery, all while staying responsive to client needs in the moment. The goal was to replace a scattered, desk-bound process with one accessible, mobile-ready system that could serve reps in the field, the home office, and clients alike, each with the right level of access and control.
[Challanges]
As UX/UI and Product Designer, I owned the experience from research through development handoff. The core challenge was translating a complex, multi-role workflow — with layered security and permission tiers — into something that felt simple and fast for a rep working on the go. I researched how reps actually work, turned those findings into wireframes, and delivered a style guide and high-resolution UI mockups that mirrored the real workflow and gave developers a system to build against. Branding was part of the work too: I established the visual identity — logo, palette, and typography — that gave the platform a cohesive, professional feel and a clear design language for the front end.
[Final outcome]
The final design delivers a responsive, secure platform that meets reps where they work, on the go, between client visits, in need of quick answers. Reps can check inventory, place orders, and track shipments in one coherent system, with access and privileges tailored to their role. Backed by a clear style guide and design system, the interface stayed consistent from mockup through development, giving the team a dependable blueprint and users a workflow that finally matched how they actually work.
